Your Wallet and Transaction History: Keep Track of Your Money

< 1 min read

Every financial transaction related to your store is recorded and tracked in two places: Payments (Withdrawal Request) andAccount Register (Detailed statement). Here's how to read them:

How do your earnings accumulate? #

  1. An item is sold from your store → A “debit” is recorded in your name for the amount of the platform commission.
  2. The order is completed (the item is delivered to the buyer) → A “credit” is recorded in your account for the full amount of the order.
  3. The difference between a debtor and a creditor = Your withdrawable balance.

Payments Page #

  • Total Sales: The total of all your sales.
  • Platform Commission: What is deducted for the arts.
  • Withdrawable Balance: The amount available to order now.
  • Previous Withdrawal Requests: Every withdrawal request you've submitted and its status (Pending Review / Paid / Rejected with reason).

Ledger Book #

A detailed table of every transaction: date, type (sale/commission/withdrawal), reference (order number), and amount. If you’ve ever wondered, “Why is my balance this amount?”—the answer is all here, line by line.

💰 Reminder: The request goes through the “In Progress” status and then “Completed”—and the balance becomes available for withdrawal after completion.
