Step-by-Step Guide to Requesting a Withdrawal of Profits

When your withdrawable balance reaches the minimum threshold, you can request a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 25$.
• Withdrawal requests are processed Weekly.
• Only the profits from orders may be withdrawn Completed.

Steps #

1. First, make sure the delivery method information is correct: Settings → Payment Details.
2. Go to Payments From the side menu.
3. You'll see your available balance. Enter the amount you want to withdraw (or leave it as is).
4. Click Submit a Withdrawal Request.
5. A confirmation message will appear, and the request will change to the status “Under Review”.

Track Your Order #

• On the page PaymentsThe “Withdrawal Requests” table displays all your requests along with their status.
• Under review: The finance team is handling it.
• Paid / Completed: The payment has been sent via your chosen method—please follow the instructions in the “Confirm Payment Receipt” guide.
• Rejected: The reason is displayed (usually missing or incorrect shipping information) — Correct it and resubmit the order.

💸 Example: Your balance is 100$, and you selected the bank: The fees are 3% = 3$ + 4% tax on the fees = 0.12$, so you will receive 96.88$. With a currency exchange company, there are no additional deductions—you receive the full amount requested.
