Discount Coupons: Attracting Customers to Your Store

A coupon is a discount code that you create for your store — for example: FONON10 For a 10% discount. The coupon appears in your store and is redeemed by the customer at checkout.

Create a New Coupon #

1. From the side menu: Coupons ← “+ Add New”.
2. Coupon Code: Enter the code using English letters (example: SUMMER20).
3. Description: Why this deduction? (For yourself and for management.).
4. Discount Type:
   • Percentage discount (% of the transaction price).
   • Deduct a fixed amount.
5. Discount Amount: Number (10 = 10% discount if you choose the percentage).
6. Minimum Spending Requirement (Optional): The coupon is valid only if the cart total exceeds this amount.
7. Start and End Dates (Optional, but recommended).
8. Terms of Use (Optional): Total number of uses and number of uses per customer.

After filling, press Post / Send. The coupon may be subject to a quick review by management.

Ideas for Successful Coupons #

• Store Launch Discount: 10% for the first two weeks after your store opens.
• Special Discounts: Ramadan, International Art Day, Black Friday.
• Discount on the Complete Collection: Encourages the purchase of more than one item.

Coupon Management #

From the page Coupons On the Home page, you can view all your coupons along with the number of uses remaining. You can edit them, pause them (mark them as drafts), or delete them—just like products.
