Table of contents
From the side menu: Products ← “+ Add New”. The "Add Artwork" page will open; it is divided into tabs. Fill it out in the following order:
1) Basic Data #
- Working title: Title of the painting (e.g., “Sunset on the Nile — Acrylic on Canvas”). Make it descriptive and evocative.
- Job Description: Describe the concept, materials, year of creation, and dimensions of the work. A good description sells.
- Main photo: Click the image box and upload High-quality image of the artwork (Preferably 1,000 pixels or more, neutral background, natural lighting without reflections).
- Photo gallery: Add 2–4 additional photos—different angles, close-ups, and shots that show the item's size in comparison to something else (for example, next to a chair).
2) Classification and Characteristics #
- Classification: Select the appropriate category (abstract, realistic, Arabic calligraphy, etc.). You may select more than one category.
- Features: Color (the predominant color of the artwork), Sizeand, uh. Material (Acrylic, Oil, Charcoal, Digital…). These attributes appear in the search filter—selecting them carefully ensures that the right buyer finds your work.
3) Price and Inventory #
- In the section Other / Price: Enter the price of the job. This is the final price quoted.
- Inventory: Original work on display = one (1) piece.
- If you are selling multiple printed copies of the same work, specify the number of copies available.
4) Preservation and Publication #
- Click “Submit for Review” or “Post” Based on the authority granted to you.
- The work may undergo a quick review by management before it appears in the store—this is normal and doesn't take long.
