Withdrawing profits and requesting funds from the platform

The money you get from sales first goes into your virtual wallet within the platform.

From the Control Panel, go to Payments
Here you can see your total earnings, the amount already withdrawn, and the amount Available for withdrawal (Available balance).
to request a withdrawal of funds:
- Go to the Payments and then at the top you will find the Cash Withdrawal button.
- Choose your preferred withdrawal method (e.g. Bank Transfer, PayPal, etc.). You must have previously set up the checkout method in your profile or store settings.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (you can withdraw all or part of the available amount) provided the amount is more than 50 USD
- Submit a withdrawal request.
After submitting the request, it will be in “Pending” (Hanging) until the platform's management reviews it and transfers the payment to you. This may take a few business days.
