Shipping Policy

The order will be prepared for safe packaging and shipping within (3 to 5) business days from the date the order is confirmed.
Shipments are made through authorized delivery companies, and the customer is provided with a tracking number as soon as the shipment is sent.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs listed on the checkout page, and responsibility for the safety of the shipment during transit passes to the shipping company, though we remain committed to tracking it until it arrives.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method within (7 to 14) business days from the date the return request is approved.
To receive a refund, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or alterations.
Actual shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is made at the customer's request and there is no defect in the product.

Cancel Order: The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund before the product is shipped or before work on custom orders begins.
Returns and Exchanges (Pre-made Panels): The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the order, provided they cover the shipping and return costs and the painting is in good condition.
Special Orders (Custom-Designed at the Customer's Request): Given its special, custom-manufactured nature, there is no room for hesitation, and it cannot be returned or exchanged after implementation has begun, except in the event of a technical defect or a clear violation of the agreed-upon specifications.
Damage During Transport: If the painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and include photos of the damage so that we can compensate the customer or repair it.
