Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and handed over to the shipping company within (24 to 48 hours) of order confirmation.
Delivery to your doorstep takes between (3 to 7 business days), depending on your city.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is included and completely free; the delivery cost is included directly in the total price of the artwork with no additional fees at checkout.
Please make sure to enter your address and cell phone number correctly to ensure your package arrives without delay.
Refund Policy
Time Frame: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 3 days of the shipment’s delivery date.
Product Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging.
Shipping Costs:
If the product is damaged or was sent to you in error, the store will cover all shipping and return costs.
If the return is due to the customer changing their mind, the customer is responsible for the full shipping cost.
Refunds: After the product is received and inspected, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 14 business days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the artwork has not yet been handed over to the shipping company.
Nature of the Artwork: Since each piece of artwork is one-of-a-kind and is crafted or prepared with the utmost care, we cannot accept exchanges or returns after the artwork has been shipped and received, except in the following exceptional cases:
Damage During Shipping: If the artwork is damaged during delivery, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) of receipt to arrange for a replacement or repair.
Order Error: If you received a piece of artwork that is completely different from what you ordered.
Refund Process: If the damage or error is confirmed, the store will handle all necessary procedures, and the amount will be refunded to your account within 5 to 14 business days.
