Refund Policy
We are committed to providing the highest quality prints and modern decorations. As all products are customized and printed to your order, refunds or exchanges are only available in the following cases:
A manufacturing defect in print quality or colors.
The dashboard or frame was damaged or broken during the shipping and delivery process.
In these cases, please contact the platform's technical support within 14 days of receipt and the board will be replaced immediately at no additional cost
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
"You can cancel or modify your order free of charge within 24 hours from the time it is confirmed on the website, before the actual start of the printing process and the preparation of the wooden frames. After this period, the order cannot be canceled as the customization of the painting has already started."
2. Return Policy
"Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns and refunds are only available if you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or has an obvious printing or color defect. The case must be reported within 14 days of receipt for processing."
3. Exchange Policy
"We will gladly exchange your board immediately and completely free of charge in case of any mis-sizing, manufacturing defect, or damage caused by the shipping and delivery process. Please contact customer service with a picture of the issue so that a replacement board can be sent as soon as possible."
