We take great care to package all artworks to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation and are shipped via approved shipping carriers to all available regions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, the shipping carrier, and logistical conditions. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If delivery is not possible due to incorrect information or the customer’s failure to respond, the store reserves the right to cancel the order.

All artwork is inspected before shipment to ensure its quality and integrity.

Refund Policy

Import Policy and Customs Duties

For international orders, shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities in the recipient’s country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are borne entirely by the customer, if applicable.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the import of the artwork complies with the laws and regulations in effect in their country before completing the order.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of original artwork, orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

A return or exchange of the painting may only be requested if it arrives damaged or is materially different from the description provided on the website; in such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and attach clear photos showing the condition of the item.

If a return or exchange request is approved, the return shipment will be arranged in accordance with the procedures specified by the store. Return or exchange requests resulting from a change of mind or for reasons related to personal taste will not be accepted after receipt.

The store reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions listed above.
