We do not import any products; all of the works on display are locally handmade paintings.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving the painting.
The painting must be in its original condition, without any damage or signs of use.
Since all paintings are handmade, custom-made pieces (such as paintings with names or special designs) cannot be returned or exchanged.
There may be slight variations in color compared to the images shown due to lighting or screen resolution; this is not considered a defect.
In the event of damage during shipping or an order error, the item will be replaced or returned at no additional cost to the customer.
If a return is made for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
