Shipping Policy
International shipping is handled through available courier services, with paper and fabric artworks (not stretched on a wooden frame) packaged inside sturdy, shock- and water-resistant plastic tubes. The processing and shipping process takes 7 to 14 business days from the date the order is confirmed, and the buyer will be provided with a tracking number as soon as the shipment is dispatched."
Refund Policy
"Since the items on display are original and one-of-a-kind paintings, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the shipping and delivery process is complete, except in cases of proven damage caused by shipping. Please make sure to review the painting’s details and dimensions listed in the description before purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions or send additional detailed photos of the artwork before shipping."
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
The buyer can cancel the order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the artwork has not yet been handed over to the international shipping company. Once the shipment has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
2. Return Policy:
Since the works on display are original and one-of-a-kind paintings (only one copy, handcrafted), the option to exchange them is not available because there is no identical replacement for the artwork.
3. Return Policy:
Returns are accepted in only one case: if the painting is proven to have been damaged during shipping. The buyer is required to take a video or clear photos of the packaging and the painting immediately upon receipt from the postal service representative and send them to the store’s management within 48 hours of receipt to initiate the compensation process.
