How do you register as an artist on Fanoon and start publishing your work?

Are you a talented Arab artist who wants your creativity to reach thousands of collectors? Fanoon is your gateway, the largest forum for authentic Arabic art that includes more than 419 artists from 9 Arab nationalities. In this guide, we will take you step by step from the first moment you open the site, until the moment you publish your first artwork.

First step, prepare what you need before you start

Before you open the registration page, gather this information so you don't get stuck in the middle:

• 📧 Effective Email, You'll get an activation link.
• 📱 Your phone number with the country key (Example: +966)
• 🎨 Your store name, It could be your name or your nickname.
  • 🔐 Strong password, letters, numbers and symbols.
• 🖼️ Photos of your work in high quality, you'll need it later when you upload your work

Second Step, open the artist registration page

Go directly to:
👉 fonon.store/vendor-register

or from the top menu on the site click “Registration as an artist“.

⚠️ Important alert: Don't use the regular “Register New” button on the site, that's for buyers only. Make sure you are on the Registration of artists Specifically or your store won't show up.

Third Step: Fill out the registration form

You'll find these fields in front of you, here's an explanation of each one:

Username	Unique name for your account	Use your artistic name without spaces like ahmad_art
Email	Your Active Mail	Make sure it's correct, the activation will be sent to you.
First and last name	Your full name
Store name	Name of your art gallery	Your link will appear like this: fonon.store/store/your name
Store phone	Your number with country key	Example: +966xxxxxxxxxxx
Password	Strong password	No less than 8 characters, combine numbers and symbols

After filling in the fields, mark ✅ on “I agree to the terms and conditions“ Then press “Registration“.

Step 4: Activate your email account

After sending, open your email and look for a message from fonon.store.

Didn't get the message? Check out:

Click on the activation link within the message. The platform's team may then manually review your application to ensure the quality of the content. Hours up to two business days.

💬 If more than 48 hours have passed without a response, contact Technical support directly.

Fifth Step, Complete your artist profile

After activating your account. Don't upload your work immediately, Complete your profile first. A strong profile builds buyer confidence before they even see your paintings.

What needs to be completed:

• 🖼️ Selfie, professional or expressing your artistic style.
• ✍️ About you, Who you are, what your style is, and what inspires you (5 sentences is enough)
• 🌍 Your country and nationality, The platform highlights Arab diversity in 9 countries.
• 🔗 Links to your accounts on Instagram or social media for more credibility

Step 6: Publish your first artwork 🎨

Now comes the fun time! From the dashboard press “Add a new product“ and fill in these details:

1. Working title, The name of the painting or artwork, clearly labeled.
2. Description, Tell the story of the work: What inspired you? What materials were used? What are the dimensions?
3. Price, In dollars, (business on the platform ranges from $50 to $7,000)
4. Classification, Choose the appropriate category: Oil, Abstract, Arabic calligraphy, Realism, Digital, Charcoal...
5. Photos, Upload a clear image in high resolution, preferably from more than one angle.
6. Certificate of authenticity, The platform automatically generates them for each job, a strong competitive advantage that reassures the buyer

Common mistakes, avoid them from the start
