يُجسّد العمل بائع التين كأحد المشاهد المألوفة في شوارع مصر خلال الصيف، حيث ينتشر الباعة في كل ركن ليمنحوا المارة لحظة من الانتعاش. استخدمتُ قشور الفستق والمكاديميا لتكوين ملمس وتراكم قشور التين، في محاولة لربط المشهد بتفاصيل الحياة اليومية المصرية.

The painting portrays a prickly pear vendor as a familiar part of Egyptian streets during summer, where vendors appear on every corner, offering passersby a refreshing moment. I used pistachio and macadamia shells to recreate the texture and accumulation of fig shells, connecting the scene to the small details of everyday Egyptian life.

هذه اللوحة تجسد قوة مهيبة وعنفوانًا جارفًا عبر صورة أسد يزأر، مرسوم بتدرجات الأزرق التي تعكس عمق الشعور وقوة الإحساس.
العمل يجمع بين التفاصيل الواقعية لملامح الأسد وبين الأسلوب التعبيري الذي يتجلى في تناثر الألوان ورشّاتها، ليمنح المشهد طاقة حرة وانفجارًا بصريًا.

الأسد هنا ليس مجرد رمز للقوة، بل هو روح تتفجر من عمق الظلام إلى فضاء الضوء، وكأنك تريد  أن تقول: حتى في العتمة يولد البريق، وحتى من الأعماق يخرج الصوت الذي لا يُكسر. 

This painting embodies majestic power and sweeping violence through the image of a roaring lion, painted in shades of blue that reflect the depth of feeling and the strength of feeling. The work combines realistic details of the lion’s features with the expressive style that is evident in the scattering and splashing of colors, giving the scene free energy and a visual explosion. The lion here is not just a symbol of strength, but rather a spirit that explodes from the depth of darkness into the space of light, as if you want to say: Even in the darkness a sparkle is born, and even from the depths emerges an unbreakable voice.

Behind one of these lights, there might be a family gathered at the end of a long day, a warm dinner, or someone spending an ordinary evening at home. We cannot see what happens behind the windows, yet we imagine that each light holds a whole life of its own.
