Once the withdrawal request status changes to \u201cDriven\u201d<\/strong>...the amount will be available to you. Here's how to receive it and then confirm receipt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pickup via a currency exchange company<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. When the order status changes to \u201cPaid,\u201d the platform will send you Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)<\/strong> The sender's name \u2014 via a message in the control panel, your email, or WhatsApp Support.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to the nearest branch of the money transfer company you've chosen (Western Union, MoneyGram, or RIA) in your city.<\/li>\n
  3. Please bring the following: Original passport<\/strong> + Transfer number + Name as recorded (must match the passport exactly).<\/li>\n
  4. Tell the employee that you have a money transfer in your name and give them the number\u2014they will pay you the amount in local currency at today's exchange rate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Bank Transfer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The amount will be deposited directly into your bank account within a few business days (1\u20135 days, depending on the bank and country). Please make sure your bank information is up to date before placing your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u2705 Confirmation of Receipt (Required)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Once you have actually received the payment, please let us know so we can close the order permanently in our records:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. From the control panel: Messages \/ Chat<\/strong> \u2190 Start a message to Arts Administration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Type: \u201cWithdrawal request No. (XX) in the amount of (YY)$ has been received \u2014 Thank you\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Please attach a photo of the receipt from the currency exchange company, if possible (to expedite the closing process).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      \ud83d\udd04 Didn't receive the payment within 7 days of the order status changing to \u201cPaid\u201d?<\/strong> Please contact us immediately using the same method and include the order number\u2014we will track the transfer with the money transfer company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
