Here's each scenario and how to handle it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do you know if you have a new order?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An immediate notification on the control panel (the bell at the top of the panel).<\/li>\n<li>An email will be sent to your registered email address.<\/li>\n<li>The number next to \u201cOrders\u201d in the side menu is increasing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pending<\/strong>: The payment hasn't been completed yet. Don't submit the work\u2014please wait.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In Progress (Processing)<\/strong>: \u2705 Payment received! Now we can start preparing, packing, and shipping.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Completed<\/strong>: The buyer has received the item and confirmed receipt. This is when the payment due date begins (see \u201cWhen will you receive your payment?\u201d below).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps to Follow When Placing a New Order (Status: \u201cIn Progress\u201d)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <strong>Orders<\/strong> Click on the order number to view the details: the requested item, the customer's address, and their notes.<\/li>\n<li>Pack the artwork with professional care (clean packing materials + corner protection + a moisture-proof layer for paper prints).<\/li>\n<li>Get to work <strong>By yourself<\/strong> To the collector's address \u2014 <strong>The platform does not handle shipping on its own; shipping is entirely your responsibility.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure to <strong>Shipment Insurance<\/strong> The shipping company (Shipping Insurance) will compensate you for the value of the goods in the event of loss or damage during transit.<\/li>\n<li>Add <strong>Tracking Number<\/strong> To the request (see the steps in the next section).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add Tracking Number<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the side menu, open <strong>Orders<\/strong> Click on the order number.<\/li>\n<li>On the order details page, look for the field <strong>Notes<\/strong> (Order Notes \/ Note to the Customer).<\/li>\n<li>Enter the tracking number in the note, for example: \u00abYour order has been shipped with tracking number: XYZ123456.\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>Save the note so that the buyer can see it and track their shipment themselves.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When will you receive the payment?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcbc Your payment (the order amount minus the platform fee) becomes due in either of the following two cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After <strong>10 days from the delivery of the artwork to the collector<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n<li>After <strong>3 weeks from the shipping date<\/strong>, confirming that the buyer has received the artwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amount will then appear in your wallet and become available for withdrawal.
