How do you know if you have a new order?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You'll know about a new order in several ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Notifications within the dashboard:<\/strong>\u00a0When you enter the Dashboard, you will see a notification in the \u201cNotifications\u201d or \u201cOrders\u201d section that there is a new order. A number usually appears next to \u201cOrders\u201d in the side menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Email:<\/strong>\u00a0The platform will usually send you an email that a new order has been received.\u00a0Make sure your email is correct in your profile and check your Spam box.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To track and manage orders:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. From the side menu, click on\u00a0\u201cOrders\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. You will see a list of all orders. New orders will have a status of\u00a0\u201cProcessing\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0\u201cOn Hold\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click on the order to see its full details: Customer information, address, products ordered, and total amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. To change the order status:<\/strong>\u00a0After the work has been processed and submitted, change the status of the request to reflect its current status. The most important statuses:\n
        \n
      • Completed:<\/strong>\u00a0After sending the work to the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Processing:<\/strong>\u00a0You're still processing it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • On Hold:<\/strong>\u00a0Pending confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Add notes to the customer through the same page to inform them of the shipping status (e.g.: \u201cYour order was shipped with tracking number: XYZ\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
