This is the most important step to start selling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the side menu in the Control Panel, click on \u201cProducts\u201d (<\/strong>Products<\/strong>)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Then click on the\u00a0\u201cAdd New\u201d<\/strong>. If you are using a mobile device, please select the box shape to add the product<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Key fields you need to fill out<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Name<\/strong> (Name):<\/strong> Write the name of the artwork or product clearly and attractively. (Example: \u201cAn abstract oil painting in the colors of nature\u201d).\n

      • Select the type of artwork, whether it is an original painting, sculpture, or glass painting. .<\/strong> You will then see fields for each type of artwork such as: Dimensions (length, width, height) Materials used (oil, acrylic, marble, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Select Price Normal Price<\/strong>:<\/strong> The base price of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Reduced price<\/strong>:<\/strong> (Optional) if you want to make a special offer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Description<\/strong>:<\/strong> Write a detailed and compelling description of the work. Talk about the idea or story that inspired the work. Use paragraphs and headings to make the description easy to read.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Photos<\/strong> (Images):<\/strong>\n

        • Main photo<\/strong> (Product Image):<\/strong> This is the most visible and attractive image of the business, and will appear on the store's homepage. It is located to the left of the product name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Photo gallery<\/strong> (Product Gallery):<\/strong> Add additional images from different angles, or images that show fine details of the work. They are located below the main image<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Categories<\/strong> (Categories):<\/strong> Choose the right category for your work (e.g. \u201cPainting\u201d, \u201cSculpture\u201d, \u201cPhotography\u201d, \u201cCrafts\u201d). This helps customers find your work easily.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Tags<\/strong> (Tags):<\/strong> Add keywords that describe the work (e.g., \u201cabstract art,\u201d \u201cbright colors,\u201d \u201chome decor,\u201d \u201cgift\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Inventory<\/strong> (Inventory):<\/strong>\n

          • SKU:<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Inventory management<\/strong>:<\/strong> If the work is a single piece, it is best to disable the \u201cInventory Management\u201d option or set the quantity to \u201c1\u201d. If the work is Print on Demand, set the available quantity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Shipping<\/strong> (Shipping):<\/strong>\n

            • Specify the weight and dimensions of the product if required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • You can set your store's shipping options from the Settings - Charging<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Finally, click on<\/strong> \u201cSubmit\u201d (<\/strong>Send<\/strong>)<\/strong> or \u201cPublish\u201d (<\/strong>Posted<\/strong>)<\/strong>.
