Shipping Policy

The order is processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping is currently only within Jordan, via trusted local shipping companies.
Delivery time varies by region, ranging from 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or automatically added when the order is finalized.
You will be provided with a tracking number once the order is shipped.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only given if the artwork is damaged beyond repair.
The case is verified within 3 working days after we receive the report and attachments (photos/details).
If approved, the amount will be transferred to the same payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time it is confirmed.
After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled as it enters the fulfillment phase.

📦 Retrieval:

As the artwork is customized and handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is visibly damaged upon receipt.
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and send us photos showing the issue.
If approved, you will be reimbursed by either repairing the work or sending you a replacement part (as the case may be).
