]]> العنوان: “حمل ما تبقّى”

في هذه اللوحة، صوّرتُ حماماتٍ تحمل ما تبقّى من رموزنا: أغصان الزيتون وشرائح البطيخ. هذه الحمامات، التي غالبًا ما تُرى كرسلٍ للسلام، لا تحمل رسائل هذه المرة بل تحمل الأرض نفسها: ثمارها، جذورها، ونكهتها.

غصن الزيتون يمدّ جذور تراثنا، أما البطيخ فهو رمز فلسطيني عميق ألوانه تعكس ألوان العلم: الأحمر، الأخضر، الأبيض، والأسود. رسمتُ الحمامات وهي تحلّق في خلفية متعددة الطبقات، بين العتمة والضياء، لأن واقعنا يحمل الاثنين: ظلال الحرب ونور الأمل.

هذه اللوحة ليست عن الطيور بل عنا نحن. عن كيف نحمل فلسطين في كل شيء، حتى في الثمار، حتى في الأغصان. وكيف، رغم كل شيء، ما زال هناك من يحلّق، حاملًا الحياة
