Golden Silence

I painted the figures as graceful silhouettes in dark navy blue to lend the work a sense of weight and tranquility at the edges, and I made the tips of their hair glow with turquoise as a complementary element that harmonizes with the warmth of the sun. In the center, I let my brush and its spontaneity create that burst of light from the sun melting onto the sea’s surface. This painting was not an attempt to depict a realistic scene, but rather an embodiment of my experience of that spiritual, poetic moment that I lived through with every stroke of color.”
