Order Cancellation and Modification Policy for Printed Artwork: Orders may be canceled or modified free of charge only within 24 hours of electronic payment confirmation.Hand-Painted (Custom) Artwork: Orders cannot be canceled once work on the painting has begun if it is being created based on your request. After Shipping: No order can be canceled or modified once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping and delivery company. 2. Exchange and Return Policy (Under Normal Circumstances) Change of Mind: Due to the sensitive nature of artwork, we do not accept exchanges for undamaged paintings simply because you have changed your mind about the size or style after receipt.Store Error: If you receive a painting that differs from your order (wrong size or a different design), it will be replaced free of charge with no additional costs.Conditions: The painting must be in its original condition, in its protective packaging, and must not have been hung, damaged, or improperly stored. 3. Refund Policy Refund Process: If a refund is approved (due to damage or a permitted cancellation), the amount will be refunded to the same payment card.Timeframe: It takes 7 to 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account, depending on your bank’s policy. Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to damage to the painting during transit or an order error.
