1. Cancellation Policy:

The buyer may cancel the purchase order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the artwork has not yet been handed over to the international shipping company. Once the shipment has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. 2. Exchange Policy: Since the works on display are original and one-of-a-kind artworks (only one handcrafted copy), the exchange option is not available because there is no identical replacement piece for the artwork. 3. Return Policy: Returns are accepted in only one case: if the painting is proven to have been damaged during shipping. The buyer is required to take a video or clear photos of the packaging and the painting immediately upon receipt from the shipping carrier and send them to the store’s management within 48 hours of receipt to initiate the compensation process.
