  • Can I order a custom painting from a specific artist?

  • Do the panels come with a ready-made frame?

     Some paintings
    Some are framed, others are unframed to give the customer the freedom of choice. This is explained

  • What happens if I receive a damaged board?

    If any damage occurs during shipping, we take full responsibility

  • Can I return or exchange the painting after purchase?

    Returns are possible if the painting arrives in violation of the offered specifications or if it arrives damaged 

  • How long does shipping usually take? Is there international shipping?

  • What payment methods are available?

    Currently We offer credit card payments. Stripe 

  • Are plate prices inclusive of taxes and shipping fees?

    In the vast majority of cases, yes, unless you find a store that sets a price for shipping if the work is large and the transportation fees are high. 

    You can contact the artist first before completing any purchase to ensure that the shipping is free and to ensure that the shipping price fits your budget (if any).
