<li>From the Control Panel, go to <strong>Payments</strong></li>



<li>Here you can see your total earnings, the amount already withdrawn, and the amount <strong>Available for withdrawal</strong><strong> (Available balance)</strong>.</li>



<li>to request a withdrawal of funds:
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Go to the <strong>Payments and then at the top you will find the Cash Withdrawal button.</strong></li>



<li>Choose your preferred withdrawal method (e.g. Bank Transfer, PayPal, etc.). <strong>You must have previously set up the checkout method in your profile or store settings</strong><strong>.</strong></li>



<li>Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (you can withdraw all or part of the available amount) provided the amount is more than 50 USD</li>



<li>Submit a withdrawal request.</li>
</ul>
</li>



<li>After submitting the request, it will be in <strong>“Pending” (</strong><strong>Hanging</strong><strong>)</strong> until the platform's management reviews it and transfers the payment to you. This may take a few business days.</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You'll know about a new order in several ways:</p>



<ol start="1" class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Notifications within the dashboard:</strong> When you enter the Dashboard, you will see a notification in the “Notifications” or “Orders” section that there is a new order. A number usually appears next to “Orders” in the side menu.</li>



<li><strong>Email:</strong> The platform will usually send you an email that a new order has been received. <strong>Make sure your email is correct in your profile and check your Spam box.</strong></li>
</ol>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>To track and manage orders:</strong></p>



<ol start="1" class="wp-block-list">
<li>From the side menu, click on <strong>“Orders”</strong>.</li>



<li>You will see a list of all orders. New orders will have a status of <strong>“Processing”</strong> or <strong>“On Hold”</strong>.</li>



<li>Click on the order to see its full details: Customer information, address, products ordered, and total amount.</li>



<li><strong>To change the order status:</strong> After the work has been processed and submitted, change the status of the request to reflect its current status. The most important statuses:
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Completed:</strong> After sending the work to the client.</li>



<li><strong>Processing:</strong> You're still processing it.</li>



<li><strong>On Hold:</strong> Pending confirmation.</li>
</ul>
</li>



<li>Add notes to the customer through the same page to inform them of the shipping status (e.g.: “Your order was shipped with tracking number: XYZ”).</li>

<li><strong>Name</strong><strong> (Name):</strong>&nbsp;Write the name of the artwork or product clearly and attractively. (Example: “An abstract oil painting in the colors of nature”).

<li><strong>Select the type of artwork, whether it is an original painting, sculpture, or glass painting. .</strong> You will then see fields for each type of artwork such as: Dimensions (length, width, height) Materials used (oil, acrylic, marble, etc.).</li>



<li><strong>Select Price Normal Price</strong><strong>:</strong>&nbsp;The base price of the product.</li>



<li><strong>Reduced price</strong><strong>:</strong>&nbsp;(Optional) if you want to make a special offer.</li>



<li><strong>Description</strong><strong>:</strong>&nbsp;Write a detailed and compelling description of the work. Talk about the idea or story that inspired the work. Use paragraphs and headings to make the description easy to read.</li>

<li><strong>Photos</strong><strong> (Images):</strong>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Main photo</strong><strong> (Product Image):</strong>&nbsp;This is the most visible and attractive image of the business, and will appear on the store's homepage. It is located to the left of the product name</li>



<li><strong>Photo gallery</strong><strong> (Product Gallery):</strong>&nbsp;Add additional images from different angles, or images that show fine details of the work. They are located below the main image</li>
</ul>
</li>



<li><strong>Categories</strong><strong> (Categories):</strong>&nbsp;Choose the right category for your work (e.g. “Painting”, “Sculpture”, “Photography”, “Crafts”). This helps customers find your work easily.</li>



<li><strong>Tags</strong><strong> (Tags):</strong>&nbsp;Add keywords that describe the work (e.g., “abstract art,” “bright colors,” “home decor,” “gift”).</li>



<li><strong>Inventory</strong><strong> (Inventory):</strong>

<li><strong>SKU:</strong>&nbsp;</li>



<li><strong>Inventory management</strong><strong>:</strong>&nbsp;If the work is a single piece, it is best to disable the “Inventory Management” option or set the quantity to “1”. If the work is Print on Demand, set the available quantity.</li>

<li><strong>Shipping</strong><strong> (Shipping):</strong>

<li>Specify the weight and dimensions of the product if required.</li>



<li>You can set your store's shipping options from the&nbsp;<strong>Settings - Charging</strong></li>
