Vendor Control Panel - Overview

After logging into your account, you will go directly to the (My Account) page and from there you have to select (Store Management) This is the control panel, which is the center of managing your entire store.

The main elements you'll find:

• Top navigation bar: It contains quick links such as visiting your store, navigating to the main website, and your profile.
• Side menu: It has all the options and sections you need. The main ones:
  • Main menu : A quick look at your store's performance.
  • Products (Products): To add and manage your products/artwork.
  • Orders (Orders): To view and follow up on all customer requests.
  • Payments : In this section at the top of the page, you will find a button to request a financial withdrawal from your account in the platform to your bank account according to the data you will enter in the (Settings) - (Payment) section.
  • Reports (Reports): To view sales and earnings reports.
  • Refund and fulfillment shows any refund request for any product with details
  • Settings : From there, you can change the following 1 - store settings 2 - website settings 3 - payment settings 4 - search engine optimization 5 - customer support
  • Notifications (Notifications): This is where you get all your alerts. At the top of the page are icons
  • Reports : To view sales and profit reports.
  • Reviews (ratings) : See customer reviews for your store
