Welcome to Fanoon is a digital platform that allows artists to display and sell their artwork directly to buyers. By using the platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or purchasing.

- "Artist": A person who is registered as a vendor to display and sell his or her artwork. 

- "Buyer": The person who purchases artwork through the platform. 

- "Product": The painting or work of art offered for sale. 

2. Registration and Participation Requirements

A. For artists: 

- Submissions must be original works of your own creation (copied or copyrighted works are not allowed to be sold). 

- The artist is obliged to provide an accurate description of the work (dimensions, materials used, technique, state of the art). 

- It is forbidden to show illegal, offensive or indecent acts. 

- The platform has the right to reject or remove any work without giving reasons. 

B. For buyers: 

- Buyers must be 18 years of age or older or have parental consent. 

- Obligation to confirm receipt of the product within 3 working days of delivery. 

3. sales and shipping process

A. Responsibilities of the artist: 

- Safe packaging: The artwork should be packaged in a way that protects it from damage during shipping (preferably using recyclable materials). 

- Shipping insurance option: The artist can activate the "Shipping Insurance" option (at an additional cost to the buyer). 

- Shipping tracking: A shipping tracking number must be provided to the buyer once the product has been dispatched. 

B. Payment policy: 

- Secure payment: The amount is transferred to the platform's account first. 

- Releasing the amount: The artist will not be paid until after: 

  - Buyer confirms receipt of work within 3 days. 

  - Or the confirmation period automatically expires after 7 days if the buyer doesn't file any complaint. 

- If the product is damaged or does not conform to the description, the buyer has the right to request a refund. 

4. Returns and Refunds

- Right of return: The buyer can request the return of the work within 7 days of receipt if: 

  - The product was damaged. 

  - did not meet the specifications. 

- Costs: The artist is responsible for the cost of shipping if the cause is a misdescription or packaging error.

6. Legal Liability

- The platform is an intermediary only and is not responsible:
