Shipping Policy
The artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Shipping within Lebanon is done via local delivery companies (such as Orbit or Aramex) and takes 3-7 business days. The shipping cost is added to the price of the painting depending on the region.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of original works of art, the painting cannot be returned once received unless there is damage caused by the shipping process (must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt). There are no refunds, but the work can be replaced with another work of the same value in special cases.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Important note: The order is only confirmed after the payment has been processed. Payment is currently available within Lebanon via Western Union transfer in the name of Nada Abo Ghader. Please send a copy of the transfer receipt (MTCN) via website messages or WhatsApp to confirm the order and start shipping.
