How do you know if you have a new order?

You'll know about a new order in several ways:

  1. Notifications within the dashboard: When you enter the Dashboard, you will see a notification in the “Notifications” or “Orders” section that there is a new order. A number usually appears next to “Orders” in the side menu.
  2. Email: The platform will usually send you an email that a new order has been received. Make sure your email is correct in your profile and check your Spam box.

To track and manage orders:

  1. From the side menu, click on “Orders”.
  2. You will see a list of all orders. New orders will have a status of “Processing” or “On Hold”.
  3. Click on the order to see its full details: Customer information, address, products ordered, and total amount.
  4. To change the order status: After the work has been processed and submitted, change the status of the request to reflect its current status. The most important statuses:
    • Completed: After sending the work to the client.
    • Processing: You're still processing it.
    • On Hold: Pending confirmation.
  5. Add notes to the customer through the same page to inform them of the shipping status (e.g.: “Your order was shipped with tracking number: XYZ”).
