This is the most important step to start selling.
- From the side menu in the Control Panel, click on “Products” (Products).
- Then click on the “Add New”. If you are using a mobile device, please select the box shape to add the product
Key fields you need to fill out:
- Name (Name): Write the name of the artwork or product clearly and attractively. (Example: “An abstract oil painting in the colors of nature”).
- Select the type of artwork, whether it is an original painting, sculpture, or glass painting. . You will then see fields for each type of artwork such as: Dimensions (length, width, height) Materials used (oil, acrylic, marble, etc.).
- Select Price Normal Price: The base price of the product.
- Reduced price: (Optional) if you want to make a special offer.
- Description: Write a detailed and compelling description of the work. Talk about the idea or story that inspired the work. Use paragraphs and headings to make the description easy to read.
- Photos (Images):
- Main photo (Product Image): This is the most visible and attractive image of the business, and will appear on the store's homepage. It is located to the left of the product name
- Photo gallery (Product Gallery): Add additional images from different angles, or images that show fine details of the work. They are located below the main image
- Categories (Categories): Choose the right category for your work (e.g. “Painting”, “Sculpture”, “Photography”, “Crafts”). This helps customers find your work easily.
- Tags (Tags): Add keywords that describe the work (e.g., “abstract art,” “bright colors,” “home decor,” “gift”).
- Inventory (Inventory):
- SKU:
- Inventory management: If the work is a single piece, it is best to disable the “Inventory Management” option or set the quantity to “1”. If the work is Print on Demand, set the available quantity.
- Shipping (Shipping):
- Specify the weight and dimensions of the product if required.
- You can set your store's shipping options from the Settings - Charging
- Finally, click on “Submit” (Send) or “Publish” (Posted). Depending on the platform's settings, you may need to wait for the product to be approved by the platform's administration before going public.
