1. Artwork Quality Standards
Originality and creativity
The work must be original 100% and not copied.
Copying or reproduction of other artists' work is not accepted.
Off-the-shelf items are only accepted if they are creatively and artistically processed.
Technique and skill
Master the tools and materials used.
Color consistency and composition balance.
Identity and style
Clarity of artistic direction (realistic, abstract, contemporary...).
Emphasize the artist's personal imprint in the work.
Value and impression
Business suitability for acquisition (homes, offices, exhibitions).
The power of first impressions.
The potential for future appreciation (investability).

2. Display Standards
Photo specifications
A resolution of at least 2000 pixels from the shortest side.
File format: JPEG or PNG.
The file size does not exceed 5 MB.
Images are free of watermarks or logos.
Additional images of angles and details enhance the clarity of the work.
Mandatory information for the artwork
The name of the artwork.
Year of completion.
Measurements (length x width x depth if applicable).
Materials used.
Price.
Type of work (original/printed copy).
Signed or stamped photo of the artist (if applicable).
Types of Acceptable Work
✅ Handmade or digital paintings.
✅ Fine arts (sculpture, ceramics, installation).
✅ Printed works with the type and quality of printing.
🚫 Unacceptable
Commercial off-the-shelf designs (logos, brochures...).
General, non-artistic photographs.
Modified works without a clear artistic treatment.
Any violent, abusive, pornographic content, or controversial religious/political symbols.
Funoon is committed to protecting the rights of artists and respecting the ethical values of art, and seeks to achieve a fair balance between freedom of artistic expression and market justice in a way that preserves the value of creativity and does not harm the original artists. Accordingly, quoted or inspired works are listed on the platform only after full and clear disclosure of the source of inspiration, with a commitment to pricing these works within a range that does not exceed 15%-30% of the average prices of the artist's original works, and no quoted work is allowed to be displayed at a price equal to or close to the price of the original work
3. Ownership of original work and copies
The artist declares that the work displayed is original and in his/her possession at the time of display.
The artist is free to:
1. Sell the original work at the advertised price.
2. Selling a printed copy at a lower price with an explanation in the description.
The artist's obligations when selling copies
Document the number of copies sold.
Adhere to the pre-announced number of copies.
Do not advertise the sale of the original work except by direct agreement with the buyer.

4. Shipping and delivery
It is the artist's responsibility to properly package the works to protect them during transportation.
The cost of shipping is either the responsibility of the collector or the artist as indicated in the description of the work.
The delivery time is specified on the worksheet (usually 7 to 21 days depending on the destination).
If the work is damaged during shipment, the collector is entitled to a refund or, if possible, a replacement of the work.

5. Return and exchange policy
We accept returns in the following cases
Damage to the work during shipping.
Receive work that is different from what is described in the platform.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the work.
We charge return fees for the above reasons

6. Intellectual rights
All copyrights are reserved to the artist.
The collector becomes the owner of the right to the artwork in all its forms and types without any recourse to the artist after completing the purchase. .

7. Means of payment
All payments are made through secure portals (bank cards, transfer, PayPal...).
The platform is committed to protecting payment data and not sharing it with any third party.

8. Final acknowledgment
Registering as an artist on the platform means that you fully agree to these policies.
Fanoon reserves the right to reject or remove any work that does not comply with these criteria without prior notice.
