Fonon.store is committed to protecting the platform and users from any illegal use, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or dealing with people on sanctions lists, in accordance with UK laws and the Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Scope of the policy

It applies to all users and artists on the platform, and includes the collection and processing of data necessary to verify risks when needed.

  • Ordinary users: Only scanned as needed.
  • High-risk users or transactions (such as large purchases or unusual activity):
  • A check will be made against the sanctions lists
  • Political Influence Persons (PEP) screening will be conducted
  • We will request additional information or suspend the account/transaction when we suspect illegal activity

 

  1. Data collection and protection
  • The personal data requested is limited to: Full name, email address, shipping and billing information
  • Payment card data is not stored, and all transactions are made through an authorized payment provider
  • All data is treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy and UK GDPR

  • Provide true and accurate data
  • Use the platform for legal purposes only
  • Cooperate when requesting additional information to verify high-risk transactions

  • Suspend or terminate accounts or transactions when illegal activity is suspected
  • Reject any registration or transaction that presents high compliance risks
  • Update this policy from time to time and notify users of material changes
